    Description

    Extremely rare badge of the Cedar Rapids "El Kahir" Shrine fraternal organization.
    I am not sure of the affiliation of the Quaker Oats company and the El Kahir Shrine, but none the less this piece is in amazing condition for it's age.
    The metal appears to be brass with a light gold plating. There is a small bend near the top as shown in one photo, it might be made this way to keep all of the text within focus.
