Condition: Very good condition for its age, no glaring issues. Looks great. The transferware is rather clean, minimal signs of age or scratching, no crazing or discoloration. The spout is free of chips but there is consistent edge wear, roughness and loss of color. The top of the lid is very clean, no chips. Bottom of the lid has a couple of tiny chips and edge rubs. The area the holds the lid has familiar flea bites, edge wear and tiny chips. Small glaze skip or rub on the edge of white portion of handle. The bottom side does have a crows foot/inclusion, one tiny edge chip but otherwise clean and free of damage. NO other chips, no cracks, no repairs, no staining, no touch up. Excellent condition on this vintage transferware teapot with birds, flowers and pagodas. Mild, typical signs of age and handling but a very clean example overall with no repairs. Please study photos, see condition report and send any questions you may have.
