This cardboard container is 9 5/8 inches tall. When on a Grocery Store shelf in the cereal section it held 3 pounds. The lid has some penciling and a split on the back side. The paper label has some stains and scratches and has faded. The Art Deco look of the Chicago Skyline suggests this is from the 1930's. Makes sense as Fort Dearborn was BIG while Chicago hosted the Century of Progress World's Fair in 1933 - 34. I never knew National Tea had a connection to Des Moines, Iowa.
