This is Georgian era, Chinoiserie Design - Made in Staffordshire England.
(In 1835 the Hicks Partnership was dissolved and the factory and its contents were put up for auction. It was purchased by Ridgway, Morley & Wear)
Any damage is wear and minor flaws typical of pottery and china of this age (circa early 19th Century)

ESPECIALLY NOTE:
- 2nd to last picture indicates 1 chips on underside of each bowl – Does not show on top of bowl
- Last picture shows spider vein that does not go all the way through to the top side of bowl
- Minor surface scratches on the inside base of the dish, and design fade in areas due to age
