This 1979 ZIPPO was issued to a member of the West Pennsboro Vol. Fire Co 46 – this is in central Pennsylvania. The lighter has no brassing, dings or dents. There is some edge wear and chipping to the red FD decoration with a ladder and hydrant on either side.
